Job Posting for Production Lead at Path Engineering
As a Production Lead (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Coordinator), you'll guide and train production employees, coordinate quality checks on the assigned production line, assign plant operations during your shift, meet production schedules, and maintain employee and product safety. You'll also monitor usages and paperwork, demonstrating leadership abilities and responsibility for training and directing 12-40 employees.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs on a frequent basis and lift 20 pounds frequently.
- Self-motivated, personable, influential, organized, and able to multi-task.
