Role

As a Production Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll oversee production operations in a high precision tooling and machining environment. Your key responsibilities will include managing the production schedule, leading production personnel, ensuring quality execution, and fostering a team environment. You'll also liaise with suppliers and vendors, manage communication with the shop and customers, recommend equipment purchases, and assist in the management of the quality management system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a minimum of 10 years machining and leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, lean manufacturing principles, ISO 9001 certification experience, scheduling, sourcing and procurement, and project management.
