NOW HIRING - Production Molder
Operate presses, ovens to manufacture PTFE billets that will be machined into seals.
- Associate Operator C: Trainee as defined as under instruction until evaluation by a supervisor for proficiency.
- Load, operate and unload molding presses to create billets for the CNCs to machine into seals
- Set up molding presses following Standard Work
- Load oven racks and take billets to ovens for sintering.

New Hires start at $15.38 plus $2.50 if working 2nd shift. First shift runs 8 hours a day five days a week. Second shift runs 10 hours a day for four days a week. Reviews will be given every 30 days for the 1st quarter with potential for merit raises as your skills increase.
