Role

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Manager, Operations Coordinator), you'll provide effective direction and coordination for assigned departments and/or shifts. You'll guide and advise a team of Production Supervisors, ensuring production yields, maintaining safety standards, and implementing continuous improvement programs. You'll also ensure product quality, customer service standards, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, including team development and management.
  • Experience with multiple computer applications including Kronos, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.
  • Understanding of OSHA Standards and USDA and HACCP regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
