Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician (also known as Quality Control Inspector, Quality Analyst), you'll perform routine daily tasks to ensure the products manufactured meet food safety, regulatory and quality requirements. You'll conduct various tests, record and report results, and interact with all members of the plant team, gaining exposure to the entire manufacturing process.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, particularly frozen food, is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office – Word and Excel specifically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to interact and manage conflict in stressful situations while maintaining composure and perspective.
- Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a professional working relationship with employees.
