Role

As a Quality Control Specialist (also known as Quality Assurance Specialist, Logistics Quality Analyst), your primary responsibilities will include overseeing account-specific quality control for a key account in a major logistics company. You will plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, identify and report irregularities, manage volume for quick turnaround and delivery times, resolve complaints, and maintain active communication with various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for all operational activities related to designated customer accounts, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001-2015, CBP, TPAT, and TSA rules and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to read blueprints and analyze quality control data.
