Role

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Manager), you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures. Key duties include conducting root cause analysis, coordinating quality activities, supporting machine set-ups, performing first piece inspections, overseeing the QC lab, preparing quality reports, completing internal audits, and signing off on the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of quality experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, S.A.P, AutoCAD, S.P.C.
  • Experience with Optical Comparators, Contour Tracers, Indicators, Calipers, Micrometers, and Vision Inspection/CMM.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Certification, Quality Control Data Analysis, and PPAP Process.
