Role
As a Quality Operator (also known as Quality Inspector, Quality Assurance Operator), you'll be responsible for reviewing products and materials during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet company requirements. Your duties will include measuring objects against their intended physical specifications, conducting quality tests, and identifying defects.

Qualifications
High school diploma preferred but not required.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or process-focused role in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
Mechanical inspection experience using basic and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
Familiarity with common workplace software (Microsoft Office).
Independent problem solver with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
