Role
As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Technical Leader), your key duties will include enforcing safety and manufacturing practices, training and leading Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures, working on continuous improvement projects, and troubleshooting machine problems. You will also be responsible for transferring knowledge to team members in areas of bottling production specialization and injection technology.

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
Preferred: 10 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience in blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage. Experience with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment is a plus.
