Path Medical is a chain of Chiropractic/Orthopedic and MRI Imaging offices with locations all throughout Florida. Path Medical is seeking an Clinic Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Train a productive Medical office Team
- Oversees front desk, medical records, and back office department
- Assist with preparing staff work schedules and assign specific duties
- Ensure clinical safety procedures are in place and followed
- Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information
- Perform Registered Chiropractic Assistant duties if necessary
- Promote Excellent customer service
- Supervise administrative activities directly related to providing adequate patient care.
- Work cooperatively with medical staff to provide patients quality care
Qualifications
- Management experience preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare field strongly preferred!
- Must have the ability and experience using Microsoft Office applications and proficient in EMR
- Must be flexible with schedule will require nights and some Saturdays
