Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative to develop strategies that resonate with our target audience and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage Digital Campaigns: Own campaigns from concept to execution, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations..
Creativity meets conversion: It’s important to be in tune with the trends both in marketing and the men’s running space while having a business mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and tools including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry is a plus.
