Description

Welcome to the role of Hotel Reservations at Path Resorts nestled in beautiful Sanbornton, NH! In this position, you would be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking reservation inquiries, entering reservation information into our system, and addressing any reservation customer service needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers from around the world and be an invaluable part of our team. Description:

  • 4 day work week 8:45am-7pm
  • $15/hour starting rate, plus monthly incentives
  • Book reservations using phone, email, and online systems (No face to face interactions required!)
  • Handle special requests and inquire about guest satisfaction throughout the stay
  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Help members process reservations, navigate system, and answer general questions
  • Work with 3rd party companies to accommodate guests
  • Follow up with potential guests requests

Requirements

  • Strong computer knowledge such as excel, word processing and outlook
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to learn and work with our reservations management software and Track Sales systems.
  • Must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the Lakes Region will be beneficial but not a requirement.
