Job Posting for Grand Island Area Manager at Pathfinder Support Services
The Pathfinder Manager will train, empower and develop family support workers to promote positive parenting practices and family goals.
An effective manager will:
- Meet weekly deadlines for payroll and reporting.
- Meet monthly deadlines for submitting documentation and performance measures.
- Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders in accepting and assigning referrals, according to staff strengths and family needs.
- Ensure family support workers are engaged with the family and follow Pathfinder policies and procedures.
- Oversee the fidelity to Pathfinder Support Services Delivery Model, by delivering quality job performance evaluations and feedback.
- Oversee the operations of the office.
- Provide ongoing staff training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
