PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Dental Account Representative to join our team at the Cherry Hill, NJ office.

Duties Include:

1. review assigned accounts for missing insurance payments
2. accurately document information into accounts in a timely manner
3. contact insurance companies to resolve unpaid balances on accounts
4. inform management of issues with accounts that require client intervention
5. assist with the resolution of credit balances in a timely manner
6. obtain information from insurance companies to foster claim adjudication
7. other duties as assigned.

requirements:

1. minimum 2 years of accounts receivable and follow up experience
2. knowledge of cdt codes and procedures
3. experience with dentrix dental system and visions preferred
4. knowledge of insurance company pertaining to dental along with worker's compensation and auto
5. excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
6. working knowledge of microsoft applications: outlook, word, and excel
7. detail oriented, strong problem solving, and research skills
8. ability to meet productivity goals with ability to multi-task and perform in a high volume setting
9. be a team player

applicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start. minimum high school diploma or ged is also required.

work schedule: monday – friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
