Pathway Design, a successful and growing Beaverton/Portland-based company with a passion for providing quality architectural signage and way finding solutions, is seeking to fill a full-time, entry level Project Coordinator position.

This role will assist various members of our team in the management and completion of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing information, tracking tasks, estimating cost, and creating and preparing spreadsheets and other sign related documents. This position includes engagement with a high-end client base. This role provides a unique opportunity with exposure to a wide variety of projects and assignments in a small business.

The following are the core duties of this position:

  • Track project status and assist with project management coordination
  • Produce minor sign drawings utilizing Adobe Illustrator
  • Assist with developing signage documents for various projects
  • Attend and document client meetings in a supporting role
  • Write up and track client orders
  • File project-related and other documents
  • Procure materials
  • Assist in minor installation of signs at client’s sites

  • Active listening as demonstrated by the ability to follow instructions and alter behavior based upon constructive feedback

Computer skills: using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook

Other requirements:

  • Reliable form of transportation for travel to and from local job sites
  • Position requires:

  • Option for some work-from-home

Not required, but preferred experience with:

  • Adobe Illustrator software
  • Database programs and other related software
  • Managing and/or involvement with projects

The annual starting compensation for this entry-level, full-time position is $35,000-$40,000, depending upon experience. Paid vacation, retirement package, bonus schedule, and other benefits are included.
