Pathway Health has partnered with a local Senior Community to find them an interim CEO for a long-term contract.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations of a full continuum multi-site senior living company located in the Twin Cities while providing strategic leadership by working with the Board of Directors and Executive Management team on long range goals, strategies, plans and processes. This interim role will be on a long-term basis and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a reduced hours (32 per week) work week and benefit eligible.
Responsibilities:
  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with the management team as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Collaborates with the Board of Directors and leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
  • Assists, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Represents the firm with clients, investors and business partners.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, health care, or finance.
  • Five to ten years of significant multi-site or state senior living operations management experience.
  • Proven proficiency planning and managing operations budgets, including labor expenses, care provisions, and other expenditures to meet established budgetary goals on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key financial concepts, including profit and loss, general ledger, and balance sheet accounting.
  • Self-starter with forward-thinking skills, exceptional interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal, and a ready ability to adapt quickly to respond to changing conditions.
  • Excellent, proven management and leadership abilities with a strong commitment to team collaboration.
