We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (including Supervisees or Residents) for the Crisis Programs in the Norfolk/Tidewater location. This includes Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization which are short term interventions to stabilize and link individuals experiencing a mental health crisis with long-term supports.
Part-time (hourly), full-time (hourly) and full-time (salary) positions are available. Hourly positions start at $30/hour for residents/supervisees pursuing licensure and $45/hour for fully licensed individuals. Salaries begin at $60,000 for residents/supervisees pursuing licensure and $70,000 for fully licensed individuals.
Must be an LMHP (Licensed Mental Health Professional) in the State of Virginia. Preferred candidate will be eligible to provide clinical supervision towards licensure. Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling; thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of basic interviewing and assessment skills; working knowledge of human services system, roles of human services personnel, and relevant community resources; ability to conduct and facilitate meetings; ability to form effective supervisory relationships with subordinate staff; ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social service providers, and clients; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
