FBR is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics.
***This position will cover both North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics and School Based partnerships***

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
- This position is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided
- Provide direct billable services and acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week). This position will cover both North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics and School Based partnerships. Compensation for travel.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field required
- Professional license required- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- At least 3 years mental health experience
- At least 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities
SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:
$1250 at 90 days | $1250 at 180 days | $1250 at 270 days | $1250 at 365 days.

We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy and Intensive Behavioral Health Services in numerous locations throughout the state of PA.
