New Journeys Individual Resiliency Training Clinician

Our New Journeys Clinician works with clients ages 15-40 who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. You will work to provide assessments and recovery-oriented therapeutic services to clients and their families in a community setting. These services focus on engaging, identifying and developing recovery goals and a treatment plan with your client and their family. You will provide education on psychosis and work proactively to create effective coping skills to manage symptoms and stressful situations that may occur. This position works as part of our New Journeys multi-disciplinary team to offer support, education, and services.

Does the following apply to you?

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• 2 years or more experience with behavioral health patients (inpatient or outpatient)
• One of the following:
  • Fully or Associate Licensed in Washington as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or other behavioral health provider (LMSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LAPC, LPC, LMFTA, LMFT)
  • Eligible to acquire Agency Affiliated Counselor (Licensed or Certified) credential
• Ability to pass State and Federal background checks. Current Driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
