Accounts Payable Clerk/Fiscal Assistant - Huntingdon County

Starting wage $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and education

ABOUT YOUR WORK DAY:
You will be handling Accounts Payables and claims billing:
1.) Weekly coding of all A/P invoices, reimbursement vouchers, credit card charges
2.) Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
3.) Recording, tracking, reconciling payments ensuring no bills are outstanding beyond 30 days
4.) Data entry of unit of service information for required Intellectual Disability programs in program spreadsheets weekly
5.) Verify, daily entry, monitoring of claims billing
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS?
* Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a Business-related field of study, or technical training from an accredited program in the medical office procedures, which includes billing and coding OR at least two years of related work experience or any combination of training and experience, which provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position.
* A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license with good driving record
