Patient Accounts Manager
Job Posting for Patient Accounts Manager at Patient First Corporation
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following: Overseeing designated areas within the Patient Accounts department; Communicating and working with team members and other departments in the company; Communicating and working with vendors and clients; Ensuring that reports are completed accurately and on time; Assisting in the budgeting process for department; Ensuring that department supervisors follow operational and employee policies and procedures; Monitoring, resolving and reporting department concerns to the Director; Closely monitoring the workflow of the departments within Patient Accounts; Presenting a positive and professional attitude. Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Employee must be 18 years of age or older; Minimum typing experience; Two or more years of college education (preferred); Five or more years of proven management experience (preferred); Healthcare experience a plus; General knowledge of Patient First's policies and procedures (preferred); Ability to work under pressure; Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (required); Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
