Our firm was founded in 1955. We have been involved in Tort and Commercial Litigation since 1955. We have represented the same clients since their inception. We are a Boutique Law Firm looking to expand. We encourage you to apply and bring your knowledge and skill if you
- Researching all applicable laws and findings; develop appropriate legal strategies.
- Developing and rendering legal opinions and strategies, and drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, briefs and detailed reports to clients.
Requirements:
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Admission to Federal Courts ideal
- Detailed, analytical thinking
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Litigation
- Proficiency with technologies
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Part-Time will be considered under the right circumstances.
