What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Plan Administrator position at Patrick Industries?
Patrick Industries Corporate Office is growing and seeking a Stock Administrator to join our growing Finance Team. Working closely with Leadership the Stock Administrator will administer employee equity programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Stakeholder Engagement, the Stock Administrator will support Patrick’s employee equity program and capital structure through administration of plans and program management.
· Coordinate and provide adequate information and timely responses related to equity transactions with finance, HR, and legal departments to ensure effective transaction processing
· Optimize and maintain Patrick’s equity administration platform - Computershare
· Communicate with payroll to ensure proper tax withholding, accounting, and compliance
· Help reconcile shares related to stock plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
· Coordinate with necessary functions to maintain opening and closing of the insider trading windows, access person listing and Section 16 officers trade restrictions in the equity system
· Resolve questions, issues, and/or concerns as related to Patrick’s equity-based compensation program administration with award recipients and provide relevant educational materials and training as needed.
· Assist with quarterly preparation of all stock compensation-related disclosures and with various ad-hoc reporting/analysis equity-related projects
· Perform routine audits to ensure that all data (grants, exercises, releases, forfeitures, etc.) have been processed timely and correctly
· Generate reports as needed for an audit, tax, and legal filings (including all aspects of financial reporting as it relates to equity plans, i.e. Form 4, 10-Q, 10-K, DEF14A filings)
· Support the continuous improvement of processes and corporate governance
· Coordinate Patrick’s stock buyback program including all aspects of financial reporting
· Assist Senior Director with quarterly dividend payment process
· Communicate directly with employees regarding plan provisions
· Work with internal and external auditors and Finance team for quarterly reviews and year end audits
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related field is preferred
· 1 years of compensation, stock administration and/or related role in a publicly traded company
· Experience with Computershare platform and transfer agent services, and 10b5-1 vendors preferred
· Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is a candidate differentiation
· Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation programs and global equity best practices preferred
· Ability to communicate with all levels (including executive management and Board of Directors) and explain stock options, restricted stock units, SARS, and other equity programs
· Strong work ethic and personal integrity with high level of productivity while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
