Functional Analyst
Location: Crystal City, VA (Taylor Bldg.); remote possible
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Working with the Department of Army - Sexual Harassment / Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program - this position will collect, establish and manage Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) products and update RFI/FAQ deliverables based on information received from SHARP personnel and provide functional support to the SHARP Service Desk personnel. Manage an email inbox and RFI/FAQ folders to support knowledge management and reduce effort on common issues. Track SHARP Program Office RFI/FAQ received directly from the Service Desk or indirectly from email or the public-facing SHARP/ website. Archive SHARP Program Office RFI/FAQs and Formal Responses for tracking, reporting, and continuity. Draft, and research as needed, communication products for the SHARP staff to review and send. Communication products include, but are not limited to, Program Manager Referrals, Email Responses, Information Papers, and Memorandums. Maintain and coordinate to update as required, an email distribution list and contact numbers for the DSAID User Roster, SHARP SARC, EO PMs, EOAs and SARCs. Provide monthly reports on SHARP Program RFIs processed through the expanded service desk, including both type and number in accordance with SHARP Program Office specifications. Collect, establish and manage Frequently Asked Questions products. Update RFI/FAQ deliverables based on information received from SHARP personnel.
Required qualifications:
· 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Prefer three years’ experience in conducting and handling/safekeeping of PII (1-2 years acceptable)
· 2 years of experience with using Excel to manage and maintain information rosters
· Experience with knowledge management
· Ability to work directly with mid to senior government clients to present ideas and recommendations
· Ability to respond quickly to tasks and scheduling requests
· Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills
· Ability to work independently
· Travel to supporting training events may be required
· SharePoint experience preferred but not mandatory
