Patriot Foundry & Castings, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated Foundry Worker to join our team in Franklin, New Hampshire. In this entry-level manufacturing role, you will earn a competitive wage of $20-22 per hour, depending on foundry experience, with an incentive based on performance.

Day in the Life:

As a Foundry Worker, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality parts by:

  • Inspecting and creating sand molds to form metal castings
  • Operating both manual and automatic molding machines
  • Identifying and addressing any defects in the molds

Requirements:

Candidates must have:

  • The ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30 pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. citizenship or documented residency
  • Be 18 years old

No experience is required as we will train the right candidate!
