General Cleaner

We are looking to add another cleaner to help with multiple properties and short-term rentals we manage in Johnson Creek,Whitewater, Jefferson, Fort Atkinson and Watertown . This position would need to commute between multiple properties. Patriot Properties offers a generous reimbursement for travel! Weekend availability as needed.

General Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Cleaning apartment units after tenant move-outs
• Cleaning units used for short-term rentals
• Cleaning common areas such as hallways, stairways and property grounds of apartment buildings
• Showing vacant units to prospects

Qualifications:

• Critical thinking capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Cellphone for communication and general knowledge of use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
