Our Retirement Assistant will help with retirement plan paperwork and information to include group and individual accounts, process rollover paperwork, and maintain and update investment accounts as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer client’s retirement plan questions and concerns, schedule meetings and prepare for upcoming meetings. 
  • Assist clients/groups with transfers, withdrawals, and paperwork processing.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results.
  • At least 3 years' experience working with retirement plans or investment services.
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize client needs based on business priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
