This is a unique opportunity to join and positively impact a fast-growing and mission-driven team as an Implementation Project Manager. As a member of Pattern Health’s Program Management team, you will be asked to work independently and lead others using your clinical research experience, organizational skills, technical knowledge and creativity to help leading research organizations and primary investigators develop important new treatments in multiple therapeutic areas. A little bit about you

  • You have 2-5 years experience implementing technology solutions in a clinical research environment and are fluent in the language of clinical research or life sciences
  • You have experience managing software implementation projects
  • You have experience leading teams and programs across organizations and know how to efficiently leverage the wide array of internal SME’s to help deliver a positive outcome and achieve your goal
  • You have experience taking study design documents and protocols and using them to configure a clinical trials platform
  • You know when to lead from afar and when to jump in to support your team
  • You love to learn new things and are comfortable learning new technologies and get up to speed quickly
  • You have a kind, patient, inquisitive and consultative personality, and you love to help people solve problems, whether internal or external 
  • You know what questions to ask, when to ask them, and when to listen
  • You know how to become the subject matter expert that partners rely on to help inform their decision making
  • You understand what it means to work for a growing startup and enjoy tackling projects both big and small and wearing multiple hats
  • You are proficient with a wide array of online services and computer programs including Google Slides, Google Docs and Google Sheets, and Zendesk
  • You are willing to travel when needed
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the implementation of Pattern Health’s platform in clinical trials in partnership with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Pharmaceutical Companies, NIH, and other sponsors on behalf of Pattern Health
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for our customers 
  • Configure and document software implementations for new programs or program changes
  • Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders ( researchers, clinicians, IT teams, legal teams)
  • Assist with QA of clinical trial technology and new software features 
  • Act as Tier 1 support for existing customers (clinicians, researchers, patients)
  • Use our platform (study builder, API and various tools) to troubleshoot customer issues, provide on-going reporting support and manage customer engagements
  • Write and update customer support documentation

This is a full-time position based in Durham, NC, with flexibility to work from home or remotely (though we're only considering candidates in the Eastern or Central timezones at this time).
