Immediate needs for both experienced Certified Behavior Technicians and new eager-to-learn individuals around Lynnwood and surrounding areas!
Don’t worry if you don't have any direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) experience - we are looking for Direct Support Professionals, Paraprofessionals, LNAs, CNAs, Daycare Workers, Camp Counselors, Respite workers, Nannies, and candidates who have experience working with children (specifically, special needs children).
The fun you’ll have will include:
- Work and play with kids through the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Learning about the field of ABA, taking data, and seeing the change you are making in your clients' lives
- Collaborate and receive mentorship from experienced clinical leaders

Requirements
- One year of experience working with children, teens, and individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
- Experience with challenging behaviors such as IED and/or ODD is highly preferred, but not required
- Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) required; we can help you get certified by the state!!
- Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
