Job Summary
The Quality Control Analyst provides general support and client services for those going through the ERTC program.
Key Responsibilities
• Heavy data entry
• Downloading files from CPA firm portal
• Review deliverables for data accuracy
• Submit delivery information and files to clients
• Support incoming customer and vendor calls through direct assistance
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Provide weekly reports to clients and internal team members
• Perform client experience audit calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage client files and project statuses
• Send client thank you notes and appreciation gifts
• Address client concerns and provide feedback and training ideas to management
• Manage regional client referrals and referral bonuses
• Take on special projects as needed

Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, our organization consists of independent FedEx Ground contractors managing a fleet of 275 trucks and over 225 employees across the United States, a brokerage consulting services organization specializing in connecting new and experienced FedEx Ground route owners, as well as financial, recruiting, and transportation entities.
Additional Information
• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business, and this role, is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
