What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patuxent Orthodontics Dental Assistant (PT) position at Patuxent Orthodontics?
The ideal candidate will be a people person who is detailed oriented and enjoys working in a team environment! Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills to develop a good report with patients and parents.

- Chairside assistance to orthodontist & preparation of the procedure.
- Confidently speak to patients and parents.
- Responsible for stocking and ordering of supplies.
- Sterilization of instruments and clinical bays to turn over for the next patient.
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Must obtain MD Certifications within 1 year of employment.
