What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business IT Technician position at Paul Bunyan Communications?

What would I be doing at Paul Bunyan Communications?
You will be opening tickets when customers call or email us. You will work to resolve IT issues and escalate tickets when appropriate.
You will be monitoring escalated tickets and communicating with customers when issues are resolved.
Most of your time will be spent diagnosing and resolving software, server and networking issues for our local business customers. Most of our customers use Windows computers but there are some macs out there too.
You will provide tech help to our local business customers via email, phone or in person.
A typical day varies widely, but an example may include helping one customer with printer issues, going onsite to replace a failing hard drive in a server for another customer, adding SSIDs for another customer, adding new Microsoft 365 mailboxes for another customer and adding new employees to a domain controller for another customer.

What we are looking for:
Someone with experience with Windows, Windows Server, Networking, Firewall, VPN and setting up and managing Microsoft 365.
We want someone with experience providing excellent customer service.
Extra points for:
Any IT related certifications. A , Network , Google IT Support Certificate, etc.

We are a telephone cooperative that was started in 1952 to provide phone service to homes and farms in northern Minnesota where no one else would provide telephone services.
