As a Pricing Analyst, the primary role will be to provide contracted pricing through RFPs and spot pricing, with a focus on freight. Leveraging internal data, technology, and analytics, you will generate accurate cost estimations for nationwide transportation. Your role will involve collaborating with representatives from the sales force team while also exercising your independent expertise.

Job Type: Full-Time - Onsite Fayetteville, Arkansas
Salary Base: $70,000- $90,000
Shift and Schedule:8-hour shift Monday to Friday

Your Day-to-Day:

• Analyzing internal and external market data and trends to effectively respond to customer RFPs.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality pricing proposals, including pricing calculations, formatting, quality control, submission, and RFP storage.
• Assisting the Business Development team in developing and implementing strategies that align with customer requirements and collecting and documenting feedback on submitted RFPs.
• Working with various departments within the organization to provide customer solutions throughout the RFP process.
• Addressing concerns related to the RFP process from the Business Development team and guiding effective solutions.
• Collaborating with leadership on projects and executing tasks according to given directions.
• Communicating ideas and suggestions to enhance technology and improve work efficiency.
• Responding to spot pricing requests from the Business Development team and Partnerships team.
• Maintaining regular communication with relevant stakeholders regarding RFP progress
