Executive Assistant Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President with professionalism and competence, in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. They must exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant also collaborates with other senior leaders and the Chairman, assisting them with calendar management, travel, or other administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and manage the President’s schedule of meetings and events, schedule domestic and international travel, and effectively resolve any scheduling issues.
Perform additional administrative duties as requested by other senior leaders including meeting scheduling, and travel planning.
Coordinate private plane schedule with the management company and their pilots, plan the trip itineraries, and manage the travel logistics. Manage the monthly invoices for payment, flight hours used, and accurately update the annual flight log report.
Prepare various documents and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and expense reports in timely manner.
Provide event planning and coordination for business functions.
Handle private company matters with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment.
Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships in a team environment across the business.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Two to three years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives. The role requires a professional, diligent, and dependable attitude why dealing regularly with highly confidential information.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to anticipate needs. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, and work successfully in a team environment.
Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
Demonstrate ability to work with sensitive information.
Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.
Salary range 75k-85k commensurate with experience
This is an in-office position located in the heart of Cherry Creek.
