What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Cashier position at Pause Coffee Lab?
- Provide excellent customer service, operating the point of sale, and making great tasting espresso beverages
- Engaging with customers, including responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Using your technical knowledge and ability to produce exceptional quality coffee at a specialty standard
- Making espresso drinks while maintaining standards
- Providing customers with product details, be passionate in your approach and demonstrate knowledge of all food and drink items
- Having a great work ethic, willingness to tackle any & all projects as needed and work calmly and well under pressure
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming space
- Managing daily inventory and daily cleaning tasks
- Receiving and processing customer payments, transitioning seamlessly between tasks as needed
- A strong sense of urgency and efficiency to manage all station responsibilities in a timely manner
- Supporting other team members in daily duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
