Pavestone, LLC, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customer, has immediate openings for an Inventory Specialist located at our Montgomery, NY facility.

Available Shift:
- 1st shift 6am-3pm
The Position:
Responsibilities include:
- Manager customer orders from start to finish
- Assist with inventory
- Ability to assist in the yard as needed
- Accurately verify customer orders and information
- Communicate with plant and transportation to ensure client orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Handle customer phone calls
We require:
- Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of ability to use accounting programs, JDE/Oracle preferred
- Accurate and quick typing skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- An affinity for numbers and measurements
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Team player
