Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following but other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare, issue, collect Subcontractor Contracts.
- Collection and review of the required compliance documentation for subcontractors (includes licensing, insurance, W-9's, certified payrolls, etc.).
- Administer, collect, and audit project certified payroll reports corresponding with sub tier contractors and program administrators.
- Issue Subcontract Change Orders.
- Review and support project utilities setup and termination.
- Bi-Weekly meeting with Project Management team to review Subcontractor Contracts and Buy Out/Change Order statuses.
- Communicate with project personnel and external vendors for Pavilion Construction project related questions and requests.
- Prepare GMP invoice support package, as requested.
- Special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- 3 years of experience in construction administration.
- Proficient knowledge of the computer, including Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prefer experience with Viewpoint Construction Management Software.
- Prefer experience with Textura Payment Management software.
- Prefer experience with Procore Construction software.
- Prefer experience with Elations and/or LCP Tracker.
