Pavillion Bank has proudly served the Richardson, Plano, and North Dallas communities since 1983. Pavillion Bank is a small, single-branch, community bank, who is independently owned and operated. Our employees are our biggest asset and play an essential role in meeting the needs of our customers. We service commercial and consumer loans including some real estate. The Loan/Note Department is responsible for performing a range of activities related to loan operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accepting and processing loan payments.
- Verify daily loan reports.
- Mailing out letters and notices to customers daily.
- Prepare loan files.
- Processing paid out loans including files.
- Prepare loan documents and modifications.
- Order appraisals, title work, flood determinations, real estate loan documents from attorney, file UCC’s, prepare collateral title documents, and online filing of recordable documents.
- Book new loans and renewals, review and verify all data entered is accurate based on supporting loan documentation.
- Fund draw requests.
- Identify, add, and track exception items.
- Scan, index, file, and maintain all customer loan documentation.
- Work with customers, insurance companies, and title companies in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Perform other special projects assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts.

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of business entity types and required documentation.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear concise manner.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with borrowers.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work under general supervision and within a collaborative team environment.
- Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, organized, industrious, a team player, dependable, and have a positive and helpful attitude.

Education and Work Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Industry Experience
*This position is not for loan underwriting; our loan officers do their own underwriting.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
