What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician position at Pavion?
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our fire business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make physical service calls to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair and program fire alarm and burglar alarm panels
- Complete service calls as efficiently as possible
- Communicate with supervisor on call results, issues, problems, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years plus fire and security alarm troubleshooting and programming
- Customer service experience
- Available to work OT
- L5 license preferred
- Security clearance
- Covid-19 vaccination
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Connecticut Alarm License preferred
