Paw Paw Cycle in Paw Paw, Mi is seeking a full-time Powersports Service Advisor/ Service Writer. We are a family-owned and operated business and provide an excellent work environment. We're looking for at least one year of Powersports service writer/ service advisor experience

Pay for service writer and advisor is based on experience and is negotiable.

Powersports Service Advisor/ Service Writer Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid U.S drivers license.
  • Must be reliable
  • Minimum one-year service advisor experience required.
  • Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.

Powersports Service Advisor/ Service Writer Responsibilities

  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
  • Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
  • Report to Management for additional job duties.
  • Nights and Weekends Required
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,
  • Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
