What We Offer
Pawnee is proud to offer a full range of benefits to all our full-time staff! We offer a full range of health, dental, and vision insurance through the State of Kansas, as well as an excellent retirement plan through KPERS. We are also proud to provide competitive wages, generous paid time off (12 days PTO your first year!), and several voluntary benefits like ambulance and disability insurance, among others.
The Role You Play
As a Parent Peer Support Provider, you will use your unique experiences with a child with a serious emotional disturbance to support others currently experiencing similar conditions. You will assist the parents and family members of our youth clients by sharing your own experiences – what worked for you and what didn’t, and any coping strategies you may have developed.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and enjoys working independently with the support of a care team. You should have a passion for helping people and the creativity to develop individual and group activities for your clients.
