The Role You Play
As a Customer Service Representative at Pawnee Mental Health Services, you will be the first face our patients see on their way in, and the last face they see on their way out.
You will also be the welcoming voice answering client questions or directing them according to their needs.
- The Day-to-DayProfessionally greet and handle the public in person and on the telephoneEffectively communicate important client policies such as payment and collections, scheduling appointments, and directing concerns appropriatelyMonitor and direct clients in and from waiting roomsPerform general clerical duties, typing correspondences, preparing packets for meetings, processing mail, photocopying and faxing documents, taking minutes, scheduling meeting rooms and company cars
- Other Duties as AssignedBalance cash receipts and report variances to the office supervisorActively participate in cross training and updating knowledge of clerical skills

This role acts as the face of the organization, as such the ideal candidate is levelheaded and capable of remaining professional in all situations.
They are also an excellent multitasker, willing to work as a team.
