Position Summary:

The coach is the primary interface with the client. They maintain the relationship, hold their clients accountable; instructing and teaching one-on-one with clients on how business may be accomplished using the Sea-Level Operations principles and core values. They ensure the client experience is the best possible following company processes and procedures. This position requires a high level of independence and strong client service and skills. Organizational ability is important to keep track of all tasks. Accurate and timely tracking their work, and related documentation including timesheets is required.

 

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Conducts 1:1 coaching sessions for a diverse set of partners
  • Develops knowledge of EOS and coaching best practices
  • Documents time spent and results achieved during partner facing activities
  • Identifies valuable partner facing content and works with Academy Content team to produce thought leadership articles

 

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least seven (7) years’ experience as a successful IT service provider and/or managed service provider service executive or business owner
  • Experience in EOS preferred
  • Experience with PSAs for IT providers
  • General Knowledge of IT applications, business processes, and software
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills
  • Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think and plan ahead
  • Experience with planning and preparing written communications
  • Experience leading people and getting results with a strong client orientation
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Willingness to attend industry events
  • Ongoing self-training to preserve professional viability is a must
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution
  • Ability to take responsibility and interest in the quality of work they perform or are associated with
  • Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

 

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect base salary beginning at $84,000 depending on experience and performance.  This position is bonus eligible; on-target annual earnings of $150,000 can be expected at plan
