What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator position at Pax8?
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator identifies and engages candidates for all Pax8 teams. They help build the best team possible, which is key to our growth and success as a company.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Find and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean, and alternative search techniques
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their teams as well as requirements for any role for which we’re hunting talent
- Screen resumes and represent Pax8 as the front-line touchpoint for candidates who express interest in joining our team
- Work with hiring teams to manage phone screens and coordinate logistics for on-site interviews, maximizing candidate experience and paying extreme attention to detail
- Provide timely follow-up communication to candidates on rejections, next steps, and scheduling
- Support talent-related projects across tool selection/implementation, reporting, branding, marketing, event calendar management, event planning/setup, and potentially social media
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Coordinator role
- Organized and detail-oriented; you maintain accurate documentation about your work and report effectively to both peers and managers
- Clear & concise communicator
- Ability to qualify a role and plan out a strategic hiring plan
- Proficient with Microsoft Apps, especially Outlook and Outlook Calendar
- Some experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is helpful
- Some experience with an ATS is helpful
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $55,000 or more depending on experience
