Who You Are 

We are currently looking for a QA Manager with strong technical background and hands-on test-automation experience, eager to work in a fast-pace Agile environment with continuous integration process, cross-functional teams to ensure quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with other managers, collaborate with all levels of the product and design teams, become a solid professional in digital payments platform, to maintain the highest level of quality for our customers.

Responsibilities 

- Maintain and establish best practices, processes, and procedures in QA to ensure new releases satisfy customer needs, quality and feature function
- Ensure code changes in the multi tenanted platform do not impact existing clients, so in other words changes have no diverse effect on customer base
- Functional and regression testing - both forward and regression for existing customers, Including load, and automation testing
- Play a crucial role in testing of the core platform, adhering to widely recognized development best practices in agile software development environment
- Work closely with Development, BA, Operations, Product, Integration and Implementation Teams to analyse business and technical requirements, functional coverage by the tests and detect the testing scope efficiently
- Challenge technical decision making and bring fresh solutions to the table
- Guide and work with automation team to endure progression of all automation suites including, regression, smoke, functional and load testing
- Perform effective testing management, following best practices and technics of software testing
- Plan and organize testing environment setup and execution of functional, regression, system, performance and integration testing
- Develop and guide QA team to ensure personal and professional growth for all members of the team
- Participate in hiring exceptional resources that match current high performing team
- Assign work and manage resources (remote, local and offshore) to make sure all squads are properly staffed as priorities and deadlines change
- Work closely with VP Platform Integration to manage direction of team, products, testing and growth
- Manage goals and reviews of QA leads and team members

Skills and Experience

- 10 years of software testing and quality assurance experience
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline, or equivalent knowledge
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge
- Ability to think through the Test strategy, read and understand the business requirements, understand customers (put on the customer and user hats) and ensure high quality product is launched
- Ability to look at topology of the system/ feature function set going out and provide assessment, what are the impacts, what needs to be tested
- Experience in test-automation with Selenium WebDriver
- Highly self-motivated and excellent attention to details
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and executing test cases
- Experience with one or more source code control tools (git, cvs)
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- An aptitude for software testing and a passion for shipping quality products
- Expertise with troubleshooting and debugging problems
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
