To ensure the achievement of quota & profit/margin objectives through the implementation and review of sales programs.
Responsibilities
- Manages PEO Zone Sales Managers and their organizations in order to exceed the company established quotas for their geographic responsibility with the United States.
- Formulates and recommends plans, policies, goals and objectives for Area sales activities.
- Conducts systematic quarterly and ongoing reviews of zone/district sales activities to ensure achievement of goals; provides feedback and tools for Sales Management and Sales Representatives to use in achievement of Quota.
- Reviews and evaluates performance to sales and profit objectives to ensure goal of controlling sales turnover for the PEO Sales Zones and Districts through appropriate hiring and oversight of performance management.
- Acts as a problem solver, decision maker, and process improvement leader by partnering with HR, Training, Marketing and Product Management.
- Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 10 years of experience in Sales experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales management.
