Assistant Branch Manager/Loan Officer

As an Assistant Branch Manager you are responsible for aiding in the operations and success of a Consumer Loan office. You will support the Branch Manager in all aspects, from creating and implementing strategy for branch growth to Collections, Loan Processing and Tax Services. Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone

• Receive and post payments

• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily

• Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts with dignity and respect to our customers and build solutions

• Make daily bank deposits

• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures

• Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals

• Handle confidential information while extending credit to individuals

• Responsible for presenting a good company image to the community

• Lead by example and help other branch team members

• Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner

• Promote all products including Tax Preparation.

• Network within the community to find and attract new business

• Help plan and develop branch growth with B2B marketing

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
