RN / Assisted Living Program Coordinator:

*** $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS payable after 3 months of successful employment ***

Join a long-standing, stable, family-run and family focused Assisted Living community that specializes in service to geriatric adults. The facility is a NYS Licensed Assisted Living Program (ALP) with 76 residents, located in Wappinger Falls, NY. The facility is seeking a full time RN-Assisted Living Program Coordinator. The ALP Coordinator will work alongside the facility Administrator to perform nursing functions and lead operations at the facility. The position is full time, facility based, and has regular day time hours Monday – Friday, as well as shared on-call support.

NYS Licensed, 76 bed - Assisted Living Facility in Wappinger Falls, NY seeks a full time, Monday - Friday shift RN. This facility specializes in the Geriatric population.

This Position is a full time commitment and includes shared on-call coverage. This position requires:

* Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people, both staff, residents, family members, physicians and other medical professionals

*Assisting with Facility management

*Problem solving abilities

*Daily interaction with an aging, mental health population, and their families

*Hands on supervision of and interaction with staff team

*Community outreach (Marketing) and Admissions management

*Extensive case management skills

*Ability to travel locally for assessment and patient visits

The ideal candidate will have:

*Experience in the field of Adult Care/Assisted Living

*RN with supervisory experience

*Experience and expertise in training, motivating staff, and supervising PCA's and HHA's

*Ability to take charge

*Computer Skills

*Home Care experience a plus

*UAS knowledge a plus

Pay: $79,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
