Part-time New Born Nannies Needed!

We are the Pb J Collective Nanny Agency! We are a local placement agency, helping families to find the Nanny who is the peanut butter to their jelly! We have over 120 nannies that currently work through our agency, and we have built a great reputation with families in our community! We are former Nannies ourselves, with over 15 years of experience. We truly understand what it means to advocate for you!

At Pb J Collective we believe in really being a support to our Nannies, and help both sides equally in this process. We are proud APNA and INA members and follow industry standards. We are also proud members of the BBB!

We are always recruiting, but we currently have a high demand for the following roles:

• Full-time Nannies
• Part-time (2-3 full or half days per week)
• Before and/or After School Nannies
• Newborn Care Specialists

** We are currently looking for candidates with newborn-early school age experience.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Nurturing, responsible, reliable, loving, fun, creative, and engaging to come join our team of Nannies!

We require our families to:

• provide legal pay (W-2 and payroll)
• provide PTO and sick days if full time
• pay overtime
• guarantee hours
• gas mileage reimbursement if required to use your vehicle
• We also don't charge you anything to be in the agency!

All interested applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Must have at least 2 years of professional experience working with children in a relatable field.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must enjoy working with children!
• Must have Child/Infant CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to becoming certified
• Must be willing to submit to our screening process which includes Background Checks, Social Media Screening, Drug-testing, and Driving Record Check (we cover these costs!)
• Must have reliable transportation that you feel comfortable transporting someone else’s children in.
• No additional children permitted to join you on your job
• Must be comfortable with pets (cats and dogs)
• Must be current on vaccinations. Covid vaccinated and boosted candidates preferred.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
