Sales Manager - Building Materials

```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team selling metal roofing and siding, trusses, building supplies, and pole building kits. These products are not only sold locally, but also shipped accross the country. This role supports a small team of inside and outside sales representatives and works to develope strategies for sales growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and mainting relationships with key accounts. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

```Responsibilities```

- Work with leaderships implement and follow through on strategic sales plans in order to achieve company targets

- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth

- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

```Experience```

- Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software - shopify and online sales a plus

- Strong background in sales, preferably in the building materials industry

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets

- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities

- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and competitor activities

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
